Activate Nodal+

Your Nodal+ license is activated inside Revit, not on this website. The site is where you get your key and manage your machines — find your key on your account dashboard.

First run on Windows — Unblock the download. Windows tags files downloaded from the internet with a "Zone.Identifier" mark, which can stop Revit from loading the add-in on first launch. If Nodal doesn't appear after installing:

  1. Close Revit.
  2. Right-click the downloaded installer (or each blocked .dll) → Properties.
  3. Tick Unblock at the bottom of the General tab → OK.
  4. Reinstall / reopen Revit.

Activate in Revit

  1. Open Revit and find the Nodal+ ribbon tab.
  2. Click Activate License.
  3. Paste your license key (copy it from your dashboard) and confirm.
  4. The greyed Nodal+ tools turn full-colour — you're ready to go.

Managing machines

A Nodal+ license activates one machine by default. To move it to another computer, open your dashboard and deactivate the old machine to free the seat, then activate on the new one. Need it on two machines at once (e.g. desktop + laptop)? A second-seat option is planned.

Working offline

Nodal+ keeps working without internet during an offline grace period (job sites, secure networks). After that, it needs a quick online check to revalidate. Trials and subscription status are verified against our licensing service, so setting your clock back won't extend a trial.

Supported Revit versions

Nodal supports Revit 2022 – 2027 (across .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8, and .NET 10).

Still stuck?

Email support@nodal.design with your license key and the Revit version you're on, and we'll sort it out.
