1. Overview

Nodal is a Revit add-in offered in two tiers: Nodal (free, via the Autodesk App Store) and Nodal+ (paid subscription, sold from nodal.design). By installing or using either, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription & billing

Nodal+ is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. A 7-day free trial is available once per customer. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Licenses & activations

A Nodal+ subscription grants one license, activatable on one machine by default. Licenses are bound to your hardware and validated online periodically. Sharing keys or circumventing licensing is not permitted and may result in suspension.

4. Refunds

Because a free trial is offered, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@nodal.design.

5. Acceptable use

Don't decompile, redistribute, or resell the Nodal+ tools. The free tools are open and may be used freely within the App Store terms.

6. Warranty & liability

Nodal is provided "as is" without warranty. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, to the extent permitted by law.
